To make kheer in a thick bottom pan pour the milk & bring it to a boil.
Then add the rice ( soaked & cleaned by water) & reduce the milk on a low flame till it thickens up & remains 1/4 of the original quantity .
Keep stirring ,add sugar & cardamom powder & mix well.
When the desire quantity reaches & rice soften , switch off the flame & let it cool.
For assemble- Prepare the base- Crush the biscuits to a fine powder. Put the powdered biscuits in a mixing bowl ,add room temperature butter & mix it well .
Take short glasses & press the mixture over in the short glasses.
Crush a motichur ladoo & press it tightly with a spoon.
Pour a layer of kheer on it & tap it once so that it's all settled.
Top it with a ladoo.
Garnish it with saffron, cashew & cherry.
